strange message

Yesterday, when I went to comment on Lying Bastard and some other blog, I got a message that I was only allowed to post 10 comments in an hour and couldn't, therefore, do it.  I'm fairly sure that I hadn't made 10 comments, so if not, what's going on?

feedjit!!

howard,

i'm trying to add feedjit gadget to see where my blog's visitors are from. i inserted the following  code to the html view of my blog in the "Left Column begins here" section:

but it doesn't work. What' wrong in what i'm doing? how can i successfully modify the HTML code?

If possible, please disregard my earlier request for a new password - I had forgotten that I changed it the other day and forgot to record that in my organizer - but have since remembered it.  Sigh. and Thanx.
