help.us.splinder.com

This is the place to post problems, questions and solutions about using mo'time.

Read me:

how to post here:

[1] write a Mo'mail to SplinderStaff asking to be invited to join this blog.

[2] check your mo'mail within 24 hours or so and accept the invitation.

[3] you will then see this blog listed among your blogs.

[4] click on the name of this blog and post as you would to any of your own blogs. That's it!

P.S. Anyone can comment, of course, but try to keep your comments somewhat relevant to the post. Mo'mail SplinderStaff for further clarifications.

Groups

Some info about Groups

To create a group:

-          Click the "Create a group..." link on the Box homepage on the right-hand side.

-          Enter group details and click “next”

-           Click to Confirm

To invite friends to your group:

-          Click on the link “Groups”.  Now you are in “My groups”

-          Enter the username of the people  you'd like to invite to your group on the search form and click on the green button

-          Click on the little green circle to select the user

-          Save changes

To invite external users:

-          Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to invite to your group and Save changes.

In the Invites pages you can also choose a "parent" for your group and select other groups to be connected to your group.

A group's parent is another group that your group depends on.  For example, the parent of your group "California bloggers" could be the group "American Mo'timers". The aim is to create a network of groups sharing same interests and topics. For example, if you created the group "California bloggers", you could invite both groups having similar subjects ("Italian bloggers" group) and groups sharing the same interests ("Computers and Internet" group).

You can manage the invites from the link “Invites”  on the menu bar.

On the link “Groups I contribute to”  you will see a list of the groups that you participate in, but of which you are not the owner.

To edit, manage members or delete one of you groups you have to access to “My groups”
